Claudia Prkna, msc.
Hi,
I'm Claudia, a psychologist and life coach, and I help you achieve your goals — with joy and ease!
For as long as I can remember, I’ve perceived the working world as frightening and intimidating. I always had the impression that success could only be achieved by working yourself into burnout or sacrificing your personal life entirely.
“That can’t be right… Why can’t you achieve success and still enjoy your life?”- I’ve been contemplating this question for a long time
I’ve found an answer to this and am convinced that anyone can achieve it.
With my 3-E strategy, I’ll show you how it works and support you in putting it into practice.
More about me and my story:
Education
My passion for psychology has been with me for many years.
After completing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Vienna, I went on to earn my Master's in Work and Organizational Psychology, also in Vienna. During my studies, I became deeply interested in coaching and started my first coaching certification in Vienna. This passion led me to pursue advanced coaching training after graduation, which has significantly shaped my professional career.
In addition to my work as a psychologist and coach, my heart beats for dancing. Even during my studies, I danced regularly and traveled around the world to salsa festivals. For a short time, I even worked as a dance instructor, which brought me great joy.
Movement and music are the perfect balance for my professional life.
Moving abroad:
Another important element in my life is the Spanish-speaking culture, which has always fascinated me. This passion (and my partner) led me to Tenerife five years ago, where I not only learned Spanish but also fulfilled a long-held dream: owning my dog.
Since then, I’ve been deeply involved in animal welfare and enjoy life on this beautiful island.
An anecdote:
A pivotal moment in my career was a businesswoman's networking event, where I sat in a group, listening to the conversations of other women. Many were talking about their burnout and the constant stress. I started wondering if I was doing something wrong because I wasn’t on the brink of burnout.
But then I realized that I was actually doing something right — namely, enjoying my life, fulfilling myself professionally, and managing my stress (mostly ;)). This realization deeply shaped me and is now a central aspect of my work as a coach.
I want to help people lead a fulfilling life, where joy, not stress, is the focus.
